Downtown Parking
Getting Smart Improvements

Open Artist Studios Featuring Work by
Over 50 Artists

The arts are expanding in downtown New Rochelle with help from the BID Artist Spaces Program which has assisted in the creation of 40 artist work studios, especially in buildings with long term vacant upper floor space. To introduce the public to the Artist Spaces Program, the BID is hosting a BID Downtown Open Artist Studios event in conjunction with the New Rochelle Arts Councilt ArtsFest. As part of this arts celebration,BID Family Days will showcase the circus arts by hosting the National Circus Project with circus performers on the streets downtown entertaining children of all ages.
