9th Annual “Ring in the New Year at Noon” at New Roc City: Raises $3,500 for the New Rochelle Public Library Foundation - For the 9th year in a row, New Roc City hosted a festive party for kids to celebrate the new year. “Ring in the New Year at Noon” has become an annual tradition at New Roc City for kids ages 2 – 10. Held in the atrium at 33 Le Count Place in New Rochelle, more than 3,000 balloons were dropped from above to the delight of the 1,500 kids and parents who attended from across Westchester and the surrounding area.

9th Annual “Ring in the New Year at Noon” at New Roc City Supports New Rochelle Library Foundation - There’s no need for kids to stay up until midnight as New Roc City rings in the New Year early with a Times Square-inspired countdown to noon featuring a thrilling release of 3,000 festive, brightly-colored balloons. Revelers will gather in the atrium of New Roc City for the 9th Annual Ring in the New Year at Noon on Monday, December 31 from 10:30a.m. to 12:30p.m.
