Tapestry Design specializes in custom work for all its clients whether it is restaging a home or planning a grand wedding, every detail is scrutinized. We offer consultation in our intimate work space as well as on-site meetings. Our work is filled with exquisite color, depth and texture.
Before opening Tapestry Design, Mr. McVey worked as an event planner in the Washington DC area designing such events as Corina Gore’s wedding, President Clinton’s second inaugural and the corporate hospitality tents at the U.S. Open at Congressional Country as well as many weddings and social events in the Washington, D.C. area. Upon moving to New York, Mr. McVey held the position of Event Designer at Russian Tea Room planning everything from room décor to entertainment. He does the holiday decorating at Tavern on the Green as well as other venues and homes in New York City and throughout Westchester County. See Timothy's approach on Apartments 23K and 24A.
