Kick off Memorial Day with a free showing of 'Shrek the Third' on a 2 Story high outdoor screen at Library Green. Thursday, May 22nd at 8:30 PM. Festivities begin at 8PM.  Presented by New Rochelle Downtown BID and the New Rochelle PTA Council, and  sponsored by Monroe College. Rain location: Ossie Davis Theater in the NR Public Library.

Bring your banket or lawn chairs for this fun-filled family night out under the stars! Festivities include film shorts by New Rochelle students and a raffle drawing.

Gelato and popcorn will be sold before the show.

For kids completing grades 2-5 this year: If you've participated in the BID Spring Treasure Hunt, bring your completed sheet to the New Rochelle Public Library by 8PM May 22nd. Place it in the box at the forn desk.  A drawing will be held at the Outdoor Movie, and thirty lucky treasure-hunt-completing children will each win a free cooking class July 9th or 21st at Monroe College's award-winning Culinary Arts Center!
