Valentines were at the heart of the New Rochelle BID Family Day on February 11th, when over
100 children and their parents participated in creating sweet cards and envelopes for their teacher,family member or special friend.
The BID workshop leaders and teen assistants supplied all the materials and guidance, and the participants provided the creativity in the free workshop held at the New Rochelle Public Library.
“BID Family Days” are made possible by a partnership of the New Rochelle Downtown BID (Business Improvement District) with the New Rochelle Public Library, the City School District and PTA Council, and the Department of Parks & Recreation.
