BroLab Studio BroLab is a collaborative group of artists with a history of creating socially engaging works in the public sphere. For the New Rochelle Open Studios Program BroLab will be using the components of our project, Bench Press, presented in an installation format.
The flat-packing modular benches from Bench Press will expand into surfaces, walls and dividers playfully demonstrating its multiple applications. Posters, video, and various ephemera from other BroLab projects will also be on display and members of BroLab will be in attendance to answer questions and discuss future projects.
Bench Press has the distinction of being featured in this year's Venice Architectural Biennale (US Pavilion) (AUG 29 - NOV 25) in Venice, Italy.
