Established in 2000, the NRBID is a not-for-profit organization representing over 800 assessed properties and stakeholders, including property owners, businesses, and institutional entities, within the downtown district.

Today, the NRBID works to support a clean, safe, and welcoming downtown while advancing economic development, strengthening local businesses, and fostering community activity and engagement.
